March 12, 2018 – The “Fondo Strategico Trentino-Alto Adige” fund has underwritten in December 2017 entirely the corporate bond (so-called minibond) of energy.dis GmbH. The company intends to use the innovative financing instrument for expansion and internationalization in the renewable energy sector. See the press release for more details.

The closed-end investment fund is managed by Finint Investments SGR and is promoted by the Autonomous Provinces of Bozen (BZ) and Trento (TN) and the regional pension fund Laborfond.

The fund helps local companies (SME) to access the capital market – via the issue of mid-/longterm corporate bonds – in order to finance investments and projects for company growth.
